The following is a list of my most popular cake flavours and fillings - you do not have to stick to these, if you would prefer something else just let me know!

  • Vanilla bean sponge with and raspberry or strawberry conserve and vanilla buttercream

  • Rich chocolate sponge fillings of your choice - could be Oreo, Nutella, salted caramel etc

  • Lemon Madeira cake with lemon curd and buttercream

  • Red velvet with cream cheese filling

  • Carrot cake with cream cheese filling

  • Coconut sponge cake with lime and desiccated coconut filling buttercream. 

  • Champagne soaked sponge with strawberry jam and white chocolate and champagne buttercream

  • Almond sponge with Morello cherry conserve and almond buttercream

  • Chocolate sponge with a layer of salted caramel and vanilla buttercream

  • Banoffee - banana sponge with a layer of caramel and vanilla buttercream

  • Coffee and walnut.

  • White chocoate and raspberry jam with white chocolate buttercream

  • Vanilla and Nutella sponge with Nutella buttercream

  • Lemon & Elderflower

  • Chocolate and vanilla buttercream with rich chocolate orange ganache and chocolate buttercream

All cakes are made with free range eggs.

Wedding cakes have a layer of white chocolate ganache under the sugarpaste to ensure a smooth finish.


ALLERGIES: If you have an allergy to gluten or nuts you are able to request a free from cake however all cakes are made in my kitchen where there are nuts and gluten present.
