The following is a list of my most popular cake flavours and fillings - you do not have to stick to these, if you would prefer something else just let me know!

ALLERGIES: If you have an allergy to gluten or nuts you are able to request a free from cake however all cakes are made in my kitchen where there are nuts and gluten present.
A classic flavour that never gets old. Vanilla bean sponge with strawberry or raspberry homemade jam and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate & Salted Caramel
My signature rich and super moist chocolate sponge with layers of homemade salted caramel and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lemon sponge with zesty homemade lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream.
Lemon & Elderflower
Beautifully light and fresh, a perfect flavour for spring. Lemon sponge soaked in Elderflower cordial with layers of zesty, homemade lemon curd and subtle elderflower Swiss meringue buttercream.
A luxurious flavour that's sure to impress your guests! Champagne soaked sponge with homemade strawberry jam and a white chocolate and champagne Swiss meringue buttercream.
Coconut & Lime
A refreshing flavour ideal for a summer wedding. Coconut cream and desiccated coconut sponge with homemade lime curd and desiccated coconut buttercream.
A classic flavour that everyone loves. Carrot and mixed spice sponge with cream cheese frosting.
An all time favourite, however this is no Mr Kipling! Almond sponge with black cherry compote and almond extract buttercream. *Contains Nuts, not suitable for anyone with nut allergies*
Moist red velvet sponge with cream cheese frosting.
My take on the classic English dessert. Banana sponge with layers of caramel and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream.
Chocolate Your Way
My signature rich chocolate sponge with fillings of your choice eg. chocolate buttercream, chocolate orange buttercream, salted caramel buttercream, chocolate ganache, Oreo buttercream, baileys buttercream etc.
White Chocolate & Raspberry
A great alternative to a chocolate cake. Decadent white chocolate sponge with homemade raspberry jam and white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
