HOW TO ORDER

Please fill out the contact form with as much information as possible.

I will need to know:

​

- The date you require a cake 

- The venue (for wedding cakes)

- Delivery address if you require delivery for celebration cakes - although this is not always possible. 

- Number of guests

- Design ideas

- Budget if you have one

I aim to reply to all emails within 48 hours. Please note that during the summer months, I am extremely busy and my response time may take a little longer. If you have not received a reply from me within 48 hours then please check your junk mail as frustratingly that is often where my replies end up!

NEXT STEPS

Once I know the theme/style that you would like, I  normally sketch a design idea and give you a quote. If you then wish to go ahead, I take a non-refundable deposit of 20% for celebration cakes and £100 for wedding cakes.

WEDDING CAKES

Once your deposit is paid and the date has been saved then I recommend waiting till 6 months before the wedding to go over the finer details. We can discuss these over email, phone or video consultation. In the meantime, you can order a box of delicious samples to try here.
