White Chocolate & Raspberry
-White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Coconut & Lime
- Coconut sponge with lime curd and dessicated coconut Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Red Velvet
- Deep red velvet sponge with a subtle hint of chocolate, with white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Lemon 
- Lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon-infused Swiss meringue buttercream.
