-Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
White Chocolate & Raspberry
-White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
Carrot
- Spiced carrot sponge with pecan nuts and raisins, paired with a brown sugar and cinnamon Swiss meringue buttercream **contains nuts**
Red Velvet
A deep red sponge with a subtle chocolate flavour, paired with Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate and Ferrero Rocher
- Chocolate sponge with layers of hazelnut spread and crushed Ferrero Rocher Swiss meringue buttercream.
