- Moist chocolate sponge with Lindt milk chocolate ganache and Lindt chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Classic Vanilla

-Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.

White Chocolate & Raspberry

-White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.

Chocolate & Salted Caramel

- Chocolate sponge with salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream and layers of salted caramel. 

Red Velvet

A deep red sponge with a subtle chocolate flavour, paired with Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Lemon

- Lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon Swiss meringue buttercream
