-Vanilla bean sponge with raspberry conserve and vanilla bean Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
White Chocolate & Raspberry
-White chocolate sponge with raspberry conserve and Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Coconut & Lime
- Coconut sponge with lime curd and dessicated coconut Swiss meringue buttercream.
 
Cherry Bakewell 
- Almond sponge with raspberry conserve, and almond extract Swiss meringue buttercream **contains nuts**
 
Lemon 
- Lemon sponge with lemon curd and lemon-infused Swiss meringue buttercream.
